What you need to do:

  • Manage calls and messages, identify & assess customers' needs
  • Handle complaints, provide alternatives solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Issue Invoice/DO, assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges and cancellations of orders
  • Handle product recalls, policies changes/renewals
  • Recommend potential products or services to management

What we need from you:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of distribution centers, distribution and transport
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English & Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision & able to work in a team
  • Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy, mature and always maintain confidentiality.
